Scott Castetter received word Wednesday morning that his sister, Mrs. Harry Vincent of Des Moines, Iowa, has passed away at seven o’clock that morning. Mrs. Vincent was born and reared in this county, the daughter of Emmanuel Castetter.

She leaves her husband and two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Pullen and Frances Vincent of Des Moines, besides her father and brother of this city.
