Chas. Lamb Dies Saturday

CHARLES LAMB, 64, PASSED AWAY AT HIS HOME IN BLAIR


Charles Lamb, son of the late Henry P. Lamb and Addie Cushman, was born near Spiker, Nebraska, March 29, 1881, and died at his home in Blair Saturday. His mother passed away when he was two years old, and he made his home with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Lamb. He attended the Rose Hill School and the Blair schools.

He was married to Miss Belle Sutherland on June 19, 1907. They lived on a farm in the Sutherland District until 1926, when the family moved to Blair.

One sister preceded him in death. He leaves to mourn besides his wife, two children, Mrs. Vera Sappenfield of Blair, and MM2c Everett Lamb, who is in the service of his country; also five grandchildren and four half brothers and half sisters.

Funeral services were held from the Baptist Church yesterday afternoon.
