She retired from General Electric Co., Syracuse, in 1985 after 21 years of service. She had also worked at the A & P store in Newton Falls for 10 years.
Surviving are a son, Harold, Star Lake; a brother, Amos Bresee, Potsdam; four sisters, Blanche McGill and Edith Spears, both of Potsdam; Laura Saccone, Syracuse, and Eleanor Caringi, Norwood; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
