MUNCIE--Hattie I. Holdren, 95, Muncie, died at 10:30 p.m. Sunday in The Waters of Muncie after an extended illness. She was born in Shideler, IN, the daughter of Lewis and Mildred (House) Holdren, and was a life resident of the Eaton-Muncie area.

Miss Holdren had worked as a file clerk at Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, from 1959 to 1973. She was a member of the Eaton United Methodist Church and a former member of Purity Chapter #126 Order of Eastern Star.

Surviving are special friends, Steven Fry and Robin Arnold, both of Muncie; a nephew, Jim Holdren, Marion; and a niece, Patty O'Brian, Albany.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Lora DeForrest.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton, with Pastor Steve DeLisle officiating. Burial will be made in Union Cemetery, Eaton. Friends may call at the mortuary from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday. Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
