Anna L. Arnholt-Taylor, 84, of Elizabethtown died at 3:44 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2008, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Mrs. Arnholt-Taylor was a teacher, retired from Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. She was at member of the Red Hat Society, St. Peter's Lutheran Church and Tabitha Guild.

The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Haugen officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until service time Tuesday. Burial will be at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice of charities.

Born in Indianapolis March 7, 1923, Mrs. Arnholt-Taylor was the daughter of Glen and Blanche McClellan Brewer.

She is survived by sons, David (Mary) Arnholt of Minnesota, John (Sandy) Arnholt of Otwell, Michael (Marcia) Arnholt of Fayetteville, N.C., Dennis (Jane) Arnholt of Seymour and Philip (Sandy) Arnholt of Scipio; daughters, Nancy (Steve) Whitehead of Scipio and Barbara (Noel) Taylor of Columbus; a sister, Elenora Weaver of Evansville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Francis G. Arnholt, and her second husband, Virgil Taylor.
