In fairly brief searching, I was unable to locate a marriage record for Mary and William Dana, and thus unable to find her maiden name to try to determine when and where she was born. The only record I could find for a William Dana marrying a Mary that was registered in Cambridge was: "DANA William and Mary Bancroft of Pepperell, in Pepperell, Nov. 28, 1770." which was after this Mary died, though it is certainly possible that the other William Dana was a child/grandchild or nephew of this family.
