William Elbert Kisner, 83, of St. Louis, died November 10 at Amber Nursing Home in Festus, Missouri.

He was born August 29, 1920, at Pollard. Mr. Kisner served in the Army during World War II.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Ora Belle Johnson Kisner; two brothers, James Kisner and Delmas Kisner; and one sister, Goldie Morgan.

Survivors include a son, Dennis Kisner of St. Louis; two sisters, Vada Adami of Arnold, Missouri, and Jesse Yansen of LeMay, Missouri.; and many nephews nieces and other relatives.

Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. November 12 at the Jefferson Barracks Cemetery in St. Louis County.
