Note from a step-great-grandson:
I'm writing about findagrave memorial #110364754 Richard L Morton. This would be my step-great grandfather. His full name was Richard Lewis Morton, Sr. he was born 12 Mar 1889 in Okmulgee, Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We differ on his death date by one month.......you have 19 May and I had his murder occuring on 19 April 1953. He was the fourth of five husbands of the notorious "Jolly Black Widow" Nanny Doss. She murdered her last four husbands along with her mother and I believe even her grandchildren. What a gal. Don't know if you want to include all that on the memorial, but it is interesting. Richard's body was exhumed during the investigation of Nanny to prove poisoning.
