Was the youngest son of Loren Grant Clark,Sr. & Tibitha (Bevins) Clark.
No records were found of a marriage for William. Census records him living in the household of his sister, Elizabeth Clark
Loren Grant Clark,Sr., came from New York to Sabine, Louisiana around 1840, there he met and married Tibitha Bevins. In about 1870 they moved to Woodville, Tyler County,Texas, from there to Grapeland,Houston County,Texas.
They had a family of seven children.

Loren Jr.and William E. Clark.~~
