Mrs. Karrick had worked for more than 30 years as a clerk for Kroger in Indiana and Illinois. She and her husband had wintered in Texas for several years.
She was a member of the National Association of Postal Workers and the Hoosier Weak-Enders and Indiana Stick-Kickers camping clubs.
