STEPHEN was a farmer, owned a mill, and was known for the fine farming implements and tools he crafted. His sickles were known as the CISNE SICKLES. He changed the spelling of his last name to CISNE from CESSNA because it was easier to lable the sickles with the spelling CISNE verses CESSNA.
STEPHEN and MARY had nine (9) children: EMANUEL, REBECCA, STEPHEN SYLVESTER, JONATHAN, ELINOR, AGNES EMMA, SARAH, EZEKIAL ALAN, and ANNE MARGARET.
