Burial of E.P. Upham To Be at Mt. Auburn
Burial of Edwin Porter Upham, who died at his home here, 1834 Belmont road northwest, last Wednesday night, will take place in Mt. Auburn, Mass., tomorrow. Funeral services were held at Mr. Upham's home Friday. A veteran of the civil war, Mr. Upham was an employee of the Smithsonian Institution for the last forty years. He was born in Weston, Mass. He married in 1877 Miss Flora Louisa Ellis, of Weston, who survives him. He has two daughters, Mrs. Francis Garretson, of East Orange, N.J., and Miss Edytha I. Upham, of Washington, and one son, Frederick Ellis Upham, of Brooklyn, N.Y.
