Wife of Louis, Mother of Jeannette Rose Bertha. Helen was a vibrant lady who loved and enjoyed life. She was devoted to Louis, and spent as much time as she could with him after he became ill and was hospitalized. After his passing (and daughter Jeannette's passing), my grandmother and I became very close. We loved going to restaurants together, and on boat trips on Lake George. In 1989, she married again, to Clyde Graves, who she was also devoted to until his death. My grandma began to fail in health in 1996, and after a bout with a stroke, and congestive heart failure, she passed away on April Fools Day in 1997.
