Died: 12 - 03 - 2006 Ms. Ida D. Ford (Granny Rabbitt), age 88, of Grassy Fork, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2006, in Newport Health and Rehab Center. She was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church of Grassy Fork. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Ford; parents, Creed and Katie Davis; brother, Burnett Davis; sister, Bertha Byrd; son-in-law, Kenneth Moore; and granddaughter-in-law, Debby Moore. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Kate Black and Robert Black, Betty Moore, Ruth Gregg, and husband Fred; sister, Amanda Williams, of New Jersey; step - daughter, Delcie Self and husband Wayne; grandchildren, Bobby Black, Benny and wife Glenda Black, Steve Moore, Kathy Lemons and husband Charlie, Josh Moore and fianc� Ashley McGaha, Nick and Dakota Moore, Heidi Owenby and husband Jeremy, Heather Laws and Luke Lemons, Amy Moore and Shawn Phillips, K.C. Moore and Amber Clevenger; granddaughter-in-law, Terri Agee and husband Jim; great - grandchildren, Tanner and Keenan Phillips, Brylee Moore, Dre and Ally Owenby; special sister-in-law, Lizzie Raines and husband Earl; special friends, Jewel Davis, Geneva Raines, Jim Kelsey, JoAnn Mooneyham and Cal, Linda and Autumn Salisbury, and Darcus Woody; several nieces and nephews; her beloved dog, Pete; and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Randall Freeman and the Rev. Fred Gregg officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Zion Church cemetery.
