| Birth: | Apr. 11, 1858 Coles County Illinois, USA | | Death: | Aug. 13, 1931 Hayward Garfield County Oklahoma, USA |  Rolley Dallas moved here to Indian Territory with his brother James Allen Dallas in the early 1900's they came here with two covered wagons and a cow. Rolley and his brother lost everything but that first cow when they tried to "ford" the river near Ralston, Oklahoma and the wagons were swept away. He settled first with his brother in Pawnee Nation just South and East of what later became Pawnee, Oklahoma. He later moved his family to the small town of Vinco, Oklahoma and farmed the rich flood plains of the Cimmarron River, and would spend his Sunday afternoons with the men of the family catching catfish. He was married in 1879 to his first wife Mary Ellen Loyd, after her death he returned for sometime back to Schell City, Missouri and married a lady named Marth Ann Vance but soon returned to Oklahoma after the death of his second wife.
