Actor. A native of Venice, California, Whipple is best remembered for his role as 'Dr. John Ballard' on the television series, "Seven Days" from 1998 to 2000. Whipple also played the roles of 'Terry Feester' in "Open All Night" from 1981 to 182, 'Dewey Kunkle' in "Baghdad Cafe" in 1990, as well as guest appearances on other television programs including, "Seinfeld", "The Facts Of Life", "Special Unit 2", "Family Ties", "ER", and "Alf." Whipple also had roles in the films, "Grad Night", "The Doors", "Lifepod", "Airheads", "The Great White Hype", and "The Rock" in 1996, which also starred Sean Connery. Whipple passed away from cancer at the age of 41 in June 2002, in Los Angeles, California.
Cremated, Ashes given to family or friend.
