Catherine Kulas, 83, of Michaud Nursing Home died Monday at Lee Memorial Hospital.

A native of Syracuse, Mrs. Kulas resided many years in the town of Volney before recently moving to the nursing home. She was a communicant of St. Michael's Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Eleanor Kulas and Rosemary Gonseth, both of Fulton; three sons, John of Oneida, Michael of Fulton and Francis of Alabama; three sisters, Eleanor Romanick of Fulton, Stella Jarmack of Syracuse and Jane Jarmack of Liverpool; five brothers, Frank Blasczienski of Liverpool, Irving Blasczienski of Florida, Henry Blasczienski of Fulton, Stanley Blasczienski of Syracuse and Morey Blasczienski of Michigan; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services will be at noon Wednesday in St. Michael's Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Young & Son Funeral Home, 322 Oneida St.

Contributions may be made to the Central New York Chapter of the Leukemia Society, 713 E. Genesee St., Syracuse 13210.
