Funeral services for Aleatha (Goodwin) Hale, 80, of Hanceville were held Monday at Faith Restoration Church with interment in Ebenezer Cemetery under the direction of Hanceville Funeral Home. Rev. Brad McDonald officiated. She was born on February 4, 1918 in Cullman. She passed away on April 25, 1998 at Woodland Community Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Albert Titus Hale; her sons, David Hale of Prince George, Virginia, James Hale of Cullman, Neil Hale of Keller, Texas, and Paul Hale of White City; her daughter, Shirley Norris of Hartselle; her sisters, Dorothy Goodwin and Lorene Swann, both of Cullman; eleven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
