Charles F. "Chuck" Baas passed away Saturday, November 6, 2004, in Sugar Land. Chuck was born on July 11, 1925, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Charles and Pauline Barth Baas. He was a lifetime member of the B.P.O. ELKS # 151 and a retired outside salesman for Dixie Plywood after 29 years of service. He was in the U.S. Navy and a veteran of World War II.

Chuck is survived by his wife of 54 years, Evelyn L. Baas of Houston; son Ronald F. Baas and wife Tamara of Sealy; daughter Rhonda K. Baas and fiance Grant McIntyre of Galveston; granddaughters Angelica Wiggers and husband Dean of Wasilla, Alaska, Mariah Cuellar and husband Lorenzo of Corpus Christi.
