Obituary: BUMGARDNER
Ronald Keith Bumgardner, 68, of Kenna passed away September 13, 2011, in The Arbors, Marietta, Ohio, after an extended illness. Ronnie was a longtime member of Fishers Chapel Church. He especially loved fishing, hunting and spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, E.L. "Ruby" and Hazel Pitchford Bumgardner. Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Dennis C. Bumgardner and his wife, Gloria, of Red House, Linda G. Brooks of Beaverdam, Virginia, and Jackie E. Bumgardner and his wife, Rethia, of Charleston; six nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, September 16, at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Sissonville, with Pastor David Peters officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Sissonville. A gathering of family and friends will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
