R. L. Puterbaugh Of Pleasant Hill Dies Wednesday.
Pittsfield- Russel Louis Puterbaugh, 70, of Pleasant Hill died at 8 p.m. Wednesday at his home.
He was born Aug. 20, 1900 in Calhoun County, a son of Louis and Eliza Bunh Puterbaugh.
On April 11, 1925, he married Lora F. Weir.
Survivors include the following: his wife, two sons, Lynold and Richard Puterbaugh, both of Pleasant Hill; one brother, Byron of rural Rokport; three sisters, Mrs. Daisy Daves of Detroit, Ill., Mrs. Mina Foiles of Peoria, and Mrs. Wilma Wyatt of Pekin; six grandchildren and one great granchild.
Mr. Puterbaugh was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints and the P and C Sportsmen's club.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Ward Funeral Chapel at Pleasant Hill with Elder Lowell K. Weaver in charge. Burial will be in Crescent Heights cemetery.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
