Charles Barstow Claimed by Death
     Charles A[ndrew] Barstow, 64, a resident of Twin Falls for one year, who moved here from Winslow, Arizona, died at 7 a.m. Wednesday at Magic Valley Memorial hospital.
     Mr. Barstow was born April 23, 1895. He was a member of the LDS church, American Legion in Twin Falls, a veteran of World War II (Oct. 8, 1942 - Sep. 30, 1944), disabled war veteran, and instructed the use of instruments in the U. S. Air Force.
     Surviving besides his widow, Mrs. Nettie Chapman Barstow, are three sons, George Barstow, Charles Barstow, and Billy Barstow, all of California; a daughter, Mrs. Josephine Darr, California; a stepson, Melvin Bumgarner, Winslow; stepdaughter Mrs. Betty Lou Wilbanks, Winslow; brother John Albert Barstow, Twin Falls, and two sisters, Mrs. Elsa Pierce and Mrs. Louise Bentley, both of Winslow.
     Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the White mortuary chapel with Bishop Wayne Bauer, LDS Church, officiating. American Legion military rites will be held at the Twin Falls cemetery.
