James A. Teague
Dies Saturday

James A. Teague, 74, known to most of his friends as Uncle Bob, died in a hospital here at 1:48 a.m. Saturday.
He entered the hospital Friday afternoon, but he had been ill since suffering a stroke a year ago.
Services have been set for 3 p.m. Sunday at Nalley-Pickle Funeral Home with Dr. R. Gage Lloyd, First Presbyterian pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Odd Fellow section of the City Cemetery.
Mr. Teague was a ginner by occupation but was retired. He was a member of the I. O. O. F. lodge.
Born May 2, 1881, in Lexington, Tenn., he came here from Stanton in 1949 to live with his sister, Mrs. C. W. Lytle.
Surviving are his sister; one brother. Lee Teague, Rotan; a
niece, Mrs. Raymond Dunagan; and two nephews.
Pallbearers will be John Packett, J. T. Morgan, Roy Phillips, Luther Coleman, A. F. Gilliland and T. M. Dunagan.
