She was born September 23, 1916 in the Sunset Community, Arkansas, the daughter of William Henry and Roxie Carmen Rush Luper.
Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 28 at Moore's Chapel. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday at the First Assembly of God Church in Winslow and burial will be in Parks Cemetery, under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
