Mack B. Hardyman, 80, of Charlottesville, died Apr. 30, at the Regency Place Nursing Home if Greenfield.
He was born Mar. 30,1930, in Lewis Co., KY, a son of the late Henry and Gladys (Little) Hardyman.
Mr. Hardyman lived in Charlottesville for 40 years, having moved there from Kentucky. A retired farmer, he was an avid NASCAR and Atlanta Braves fan.
Survivors include his wife, Gracie Hardyman of Charlottesville; three sons, Tom (wife Patty) Hardyman of Knightstown, Terry Hardyman of Greenfield and Todd Hardyman of Charlottesville; three sisters, Mable Rowe of Greenfield, June McRoberts of Odessa, FL., and Bonnie (husband Russ) Long of Greenfield; two granddaughters, Tara (husband Adam) Copp of New Castle and Ashley Sue Hardyman of McCordsville; and a great-grandson, Evan Nichlos Copp of New Castle.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two daughters, Carolyn Sue Hardyman and Lisa Kay Hardyman; and nine brothers.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Wed., May 5, at Todd Funeral Home in Knightstown with Rev. Steve Rayburn officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown.

In 1940 census Lewis Co., KY it was Hardiman: Henry 36, Gladys 30, Mack 10, Elwood 9, Teddy 6, Russell 4, Estill 3, and Arnold J. 0. ; We find that his name is after both of his grandfathers: Mack Minor Little and Burgess Hardymon. He was called Mack Burgess Hardymam.)
