This venerable man, who had been in feebe health for some time past, died at his residence in this place on Friday morning last, 8th inst., aged 78 years. Mr. Moulton was one among the early settlers of this section, having resided here about thirty-five years, and wa sone of our most honored citizens. He was the father of Messrs. Alfred W. and Samuel Moulton, two prominent farmers living just east of town, and Mrs. Julia Sackett, a widow and invalid lady residing here; and other children who, we believe, reside in Kansas. The funeral services were held at the Congregational church on Saturday morning, at 10 1/4 o'clock, Rev. Chas. C. Salter of Denver, Col., officiating, and the remains buried in East Cemetery, in the presence of a large number of mourning relatives and friends.
