Frank A. Babcock, 62, production manager of the New Process Gear Company, died Sunday at his home, 318 Helen Street, after an illness of five weeks. A native of Syracuse, he had been employed by the company for 39 years ... Surviving are four sons, Sgt. Henry F. in England, M/Sgt. Donald C., Miami Beach, Fla., Lt. Richard A., Camp Bowie, Tex., and Robert F. Babcock of Utica; a sister, Mrs. Arthur Aveny of Syracuse and one grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Wednesday at the home by the Rev. Viggo Swensen, with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
