Nancy Cornelia (Dobbins) Bowick, 96, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2013 at Cannon Hospice in New Orleans, LA.
She was born on Thursday, June 29, 1916 in Anderson, SC., and was the daughter of Jess James Dobbins and Nan (McConnell) Dobbins.
Nancy was a graduate of Anderson College.
She owned and operated Jack and Jill's Kindergarten and Day Care Center in Greenwood, SC.
Nancy was a member of the Jefferson Davis Chaper of the United Daughters of the Confederacy.
Mrs. Bowick is survived by her daughter, Gayle B. Dellinger, of New Orleans, LA., son, Charles Edward Bowick, of Warrenville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jess James Dobbins and Nan (McConnell) Dobbins, husband, Clarence William Bowick, three sisters and three brothers and was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
