Funeral Services for Robert 'Bob' Thrasher, 60, who died Friday, Jan. 16, 1970, at an Amarillo Veterans Hospital, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the James Church of God In the James Comununity north of Texhoma. Rev. Charles O. McKinney, pastor, will officiate. Burial and Masonic graveside services will be held at the Texhorna Cemetery under the direction of Dawson-Welch Funeral Home of Texhoma. Thrasher was born at Texhoma on Jan. 16, 1910, and was married to Irene Perry on Dec. 20, 1954 at Tucuncari, N. M. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Joe L. Thrasher; his wife, Irene, of the home, one daughter, Mrs. Johnny Jennings of Texhoma; five brothers, Charlie, Luther, Raymond and Clarence, all of Texhoma, and Mervin of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., five sisters, Mrs. Jess Clark, Mrs. Jack Flanagan, and Mrs. Orville Carter, all of Texhoma, Clara Mae Thrasher of Guymon, and Mrs. Douglas Layton of Ignacio, Colo.
