ALLEN EVESON ADAMS, beloved husband of Bertha Adams of Stirling passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on Thursday, October 1, 1998 in Raymond, at the age of 68 years.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Bertha Adams, and seven children: Sherian (Chris), Marvin (Jill), Garth (Teresa), Greg (Angela), Patricia (Greg), Alice (Roger), Lori (Richard); 31 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters: Elna Brady, Eileen Phillips (Wayne), Marion Miller; and three brothers: Ray Adams (Velma), Donald Adams (ReNee), Reed Adams (Jill).

Allen was predeceased by his parents: Annie and Lemuel Adams; his sister: Verda Adams; and brother Merill Adams.

Funeral Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Stirling, Alberta. Interment will follow at Temple Hill Cemetery in Raymond.[Lethbridge Herald, 3 Oct 1998]
