Lorine Fischer, 84 of Warrensburg, MO passed away January 13, 2004.

Born in Avon, SD June 22, 1919 the daughter of Emanuel and Ida Buchholz.

Resided in Topeka 13 years before moving to Warrensburg, MO. Lorine was a member of First Southern Baptist Church of Topeka.

She was married to Adolph Fischer in 1940; he preceded her in death in March of 1990.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.

Survivors include: Children: David L. and LaVonne Fischer, Rapid City, SD; Patricia A. and Mike Streicher, Warrensburg, MO; Two sisters: Iola Walkes, Sioux Falls, SD, Fern Burger, Lewiston, ID, Two brothers: Reuben Buchholz, Mitchell, SD, Nathan Buchholz, Sioux Falls, SD, Four grandchildren and five great grandchildren

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 17, 2004 at First Southern Baptist Church in Topeka. Interment will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Lorine will lie in state at Penwell-Gabel Midtown Chapel from 1:00 pm Friday until service time. Memorial contributions may be made to First Southern Baptist Church.
