GREAT YARMOUTH, ENGLAND - Herbert Landis (Pete) Mundy, 73, passed away on May 2, 2003 at James Paget Hospital in Golleston, England near his home in Great Yarmouth, England. Funeral services were held Monday, May 12, 2003 at 2 p.m. at Christ Church in Great Yarmouth. Burial was in the Caister Cemetery in Caister, England. Mr. Mundy was born on Aug. 13, 1929 in Houston, Harris County to Mahlon Andrew Mundy and Elsie Elizabeth Matejowsky. He served in the United States Marine Corp from 1952 to 1954. He was retired from Halliburton / Brown & Root, Inc. Preceding Mr. Mundy in death were his parents and his daughter Shannon Christine Mundy.
