Graveside services for Erie Agnes Smith Grant, 88, of Corsicana will be conducted with Rev. Gene Gipson officiating.

Erie was born to Clem and Pearl Masters Smith.

She went to be with her Lord and her beloved husband of almost 72 years. He passed last June. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and mother-in-law. She was a homemaker and loved to sew, quilt, garden and grow flowers. She even went hunting with her husband and family. Mrs. Grant was a member of Barry Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Harold Smith; sisters Lee Different, Maurine Riddle, Sybil Moran and Ruth Stephenson; a daughter Lynda Jo Grant; and a granddaughter, Amanda Jo Grant.

She is survived by sons Bobby and wife Ronda Grant, Tommy and wife Martha Grant, and Jimmmy Grant; grandchildren, Jason, Chad, Kim, Charles and Sam Grant. Also surviving are 12 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
