Death of A. R. Rudd
Mr. A. R. Rudd, who lived seven miles northeast in the Bethel neighborhood, died Monday of consumption, and was buried Tuesday in the Bethel Cemetery. Mr. Rudd came originally from Missouri, but settled first in west Texas and came to Portales four yers ago. He located a claim
and was living on it. A wife and three children are left to mourn his loss.
