A soccer legend, he played for the Argentine National Team 19 times before switch nationality and play for Italy in the 1962 World Cup (Chile.) As player, won the Argentine Championship in 1955,1956,1957 for River Plate, the South American Cup for the Argentine team (1957). In Italy won the Scudetto for Juventus in 1958, 1960 and 1961 as well two Italy Cups (1959 and 1960). He won also the Ballon D´Or Award in 1961. As coach worked for River Plate, Rosario Central, Estudiantes de la Plata and Vélez Sarsfield. He also worked as scout for Juventus in his country, Argentina. (bio by: 380W)
