Mrs. Mary Smith died at her home at 76 S. 5th Ave., Friday evening at about 7 o'clock from dropsy and heart trouble, with which she has suffered some time. She was born in Indianapolis 58 years ago and later came here with her parents. She was married to Andrew Rice and bore him three children, Samuel and George of Francisville, Indiana and Mrs. Clarence Harvey of the city. Mr. Rice died. In 1867 she was married to John Smith who, with four children, survive. The children are Louis, Mrs. Frank Booth, Edward and Rosa. The Funeral Took Place Sunday afternoon with Rev.
