A. C. Corderman Dies, Aged 78

Albert C. Corderman, 523 Reynolds Avenue, died at the Washington County Hospital on Sunday at 11:30 p.m. after an illness of nine weeks, aged 78 years.

He was the son of Martin L. and Margaret (Hauer) Corderman and was born at Broadfording.

Mr. Corderman was a Democrat in Politics and served one term as a member of the Board of County Commissioners. He was a successful farmer and had retired a short time before his election to the Board of County Commissioners.

Surviving are: Daughter, Mrs. William R. Wolfkill of this city; sons, Roy C. Corderman of Winston-Salem, N. C.; Col. William Preston Corderman of Philadelphia; sisters, Mrs. A. D. Herbert and Mrs. Elmer Durbin, both of this city; brothers, Luther H. Corderman and Elmer H. Corderman, also of this city; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at the Hast Funeral Home in Boonsboro Thursday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Paul M. Robinson officiating. Internment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
