Wilbur, Wash., Aug. 25 - After six years of illness, Mrs. Eggert Harms, 81, died. Mrs. Harms was born in Saxony, Germany. She was married in 1884 in Linn county, Ore., and came with her husband to the Wilbur region, locating south of here on a farm in 1884. They retired from wheat growing about 40 years ago, invested in considerable town property and established a small dairy. She was the mother of 10 children; eight survive her. The are Mrs. Edna McKay, Portland, Ore.; Mrs. Camilla Cronek, Nebraska; Mrs. Suzanne Roy, Spokane; Walter E Harms, Wilbur; Mrs. Anna Brock, Wilbur; Ms. Marie Jones, Spokane; Mrs. Bertha Kyle, Ketchikan, Alaska; Harris Harms, Wilbur.
