Hazel Virginia Fullington Seagle, Age 88, of Newport, TN, passed away at Newport Medical Center on March 3, 2013.
Hazel was born on September 6, 1924 in Newport, TN.
She is a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Grace Samples; her husband of 35 years, Robert "Bob" Fullington, Sr.; her daughter,Robbye Jean McMahan of Ohio; and her husband of 20 years, Earl Everett Seagle; sisters, Ruby June Seagle, and Blanche Forner; brothers, Aubrey Samples and J.L. Samples.
She is survived by sons Robert Fullington, Jr. and wife Pansy Fullington of Newport, Wayne Fullington of Florida; son-in-law, Calvin McMahan of Ohio;Eleven grandchildren, Troy and Keith McMahan, Rene' Bridgewater, Robert, Brad, Brett, Abigail, Rachel, Rebecca, Hannah, and Faith Fullington; stepchildren Ronnie Dale Seagle of Knoxville, Nancy Israel of Knoxville, and Peggy Burgraff;sisters, Geneva Douglas of Newport and Hattie MaeRoberts of Indiana;brothers, Clyde Samples of Newport and Jerry Samples of Dandridge; sixstepgrandchildren;and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be 2 pm Tuesday March 5, 2013 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2 pm Tuesday prior to the funeral service at Manes Funeral Home Chapel, 363 East Main Street, Newport.
