Last Friday evening, Phyllis Beeler was advised of the death from heart failure of her sister-in-law, Anna Grenko Kitchen, 94, of Minneapolis, Minn. Anna was the daughter of the late Tony P. Grenko of Numa and Stella Ranes Grenko of the Plano community. She was brought, back to the Numa Cemetery for interment beside her late brother, Earl Grenko. She leaves a half-sister, Janice Kay Grenko of Numa, and several nieces and nephews.
Leanne Grenko of Norwalk is the most well-known niece in this area. More details will be forthcoming as they are learned. The Thomas Lange Funeral Home of Centerville will be in charge of arrangements.

Ann M. Kitchen
Anna M. Kitchen, 94, of St. Louis Park, Minn, died March 18, 2005 at Methodist Hospital, St. Louis Park, Minn. She was a long-time member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, St. Louis Park and the Lake Harriett Chapter #202 of the O.E.S. Preceded in death by husband, Ralph; brothers, Ralph, Carl and Earl Grenko. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Phil and Chris Kitchen, many loving, relatives, and friends.
Funeral service will be at 1030 a.m. Friday, April 1 at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 3801 Wooddale Ave. S., St. Louis Park. Interment is at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at the Numa Cemetery, Numa. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday,March 31, at Gearty-Delmore Park Funeral Chapel, 3960 Wooddale Ave. S., St.Louis Park, Minn, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Graveside Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at the Numa Cemetery with Pastor Kay Singley officiating.
A memorial has been established to Numa Cemetery and may be left or mailed to the Thomas Lange Funeral Home, PO Box.6, Centerville, Iowa 52544. Thomas Lange Funeral Home is in charge of the local arrangements.
