Colleen Hazel Watford age 87 of Donalsonville, GA, passed away March 1, 2013. She was surrounded by her family as she was peacefully called home by her Lord and Savior.
She was born March 11, 1925 in Washington County, FL to the late Floyd Monroe Grissett and Etta Louise Peel Grissett. She was preceded in death by her husband Dempsey Watford, Jr. and sister Vernella Stowers.
She is survived by her children Dianne Zytkus of Eureka Springs, AR, Don Emanuel of Donalsonville, GA and Dale James of Albany, GA; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Graveside services were held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, with Rev. Rick Duncan officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Flint River Hospice 402 N. West St. Bainbridge, GA 39817.
