She was born July 18, 1941 in Russellville, to Dick Mays and Reba Loyd.
Mary was employed at the International Shoe Company for over 12 years and then became a full time homemaker. She loved bowling, camping and riding motorcycles but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her paternal father Dick Mays, her mother and stepfather Reba and Thurman Loyd.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Louis Crowe; her stepmother, Emogean Mays of Missouri; a son Randy Crowe and wife Charlotte of Russellville; one daughter, Regina Webb and husband Darrell of Dover; five grandchildren, Jamie Daniel of Rogers, AR, Angela Andrews of Fort Worth, TX, Joshua Crowe of Buckeye, AZ, Shawn Douthit of Russellville, Ashley Allen of Pottsville; eight great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, March 4, 2013 officiated by the Rev. William Flynn at the new Broussard Chapel. Burial will be private in North New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Broussard Funeral Home of Russellville. The visitation will be held at 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday evening at the new Broussard Funeral Home location at 3323 E. 6th Street in Russellville (479) 968-1143.
