SCOTT, Shirley F. (nee Haines) - Shirley's family sadly announces her peaceful passing in the early hours of Tuesday, August 29, 2006, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Beloved wife and best friend of Peter Scott. Shirley is survived by her children Wendy McLeary (Dave), Larry Haywood, Peter Haywood (Heather), Debi Landry (Jim), and Dana Haywood (Debbie), as well as step-daughters Julianne and Michelle Scott, ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Shirley is also survived by brothers Jack (Marie), Fred (Gloria), Roy (Brenda), sister Mary, and many special nieces and nephews. Shirley was predeceased by her first husband Lorne Haywood (1981). Family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with the service on Friday, September 1, 2006 at 10 a.m. Private Interment at Parklawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to Cambridge Memorial Hospital-Medical Daycare, Canadian Cancer Society or Lisaard House. www.couttsfuneralhome.com
