Beth Crompton White died December 20, 2009 at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, Utah. She resided at 1557 South 240 East in Orem, Utah at the time of her death.

She was ninety-nine years ten months old and lived a full and happy life. She was born February 16, 1910 in Brigham City, Utah.

Beth was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Ephraim White, and her three children: Virgil, Joan, and James.

She was sealed to her husband and children in Salt Lake Temple. She graduated from Box Elder High School in 1927. Beth served in the Young Women's and Relief Society Organizations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for many years. She worked for Farmers Home Administration, U.S. Government, most of her working life.

She loved to travel and even in the last months of her life didn't want to pass on lest she miss out on something she might want to see and do.

She is survived by her sister, Maude Lowe. She was beloved by her many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, and great-grand-nieces and nephews, who have been blessed by her cheerful, happy personality.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 in the Pleasant View Ward Chapel, 2445 North Timpview Drive (650 East), Provo, Utah. Friends may call at Berg Mortuary of Provo, 185 East Center Street, on Tuesday evening from 7:00-8:00 p.m. and at the Ward Chapel on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. to the time of the services.
Interment: Willard Precinct Cemetery, Willard, Utah.
