John Andrew Blatt, 83, of Cumberland, died October 11, 1995 at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire. He was born October 27, 1911, at Juda, Wisconsin to John and Verena (Wenger) Blatt. On March 27, 1942, he was married to Coral Bruns at the Little Brown Church in Iowa.
Mr. Blatt was a cheese maker for many years and then owned and operated the Corner Bar in Cumberland from 1954-1969. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #234 of Rice Lake and the Shrine.
He is survived by his wife, Coral, of Cumberland; 3 brothers; 2 sisters; He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Martha and Olga.
