Mrs. Donna Sue Haney, 73, of Waxahachie, widow of Robert Randolph Haney, passed away Monday at her Waxahachie residence . She was born in Kilgore, Texas to Omer Lee and Eunice Fay (Walker) Leuellen. She was a Mom, Executive Assistant at IBM for 20 years and worked in the Dental Office for 10 years for her son, Dr. Bobby Haney.
Her survivors include: sons, Dr. Bobby Haney and wife Penny of Waxahachie and Roger Haney and wife Kathy, also of Waxahachie; daughter Jan Shearon and husband Mike of The Woodlands, Texas; brother-in-law, Dr. Charles Haney and wife Glynda; daughters-in-law, Paula Haney of Cedar Hill and Vicky Higgins of Euless, Texas; grandchildren, Renee and Aaron King, Randy Haney, Dakota Haney, Ryan Haney, Heather Morse, Cara Dalton, Caitline Dalton, Dayley Shearon, Adison Shearon and Keaton Shearon; great granddaughter, Alexis Ramey; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert R. Haney, Jr. in 1987 and one son, Kyle Haney.
The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Wednesday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie. Services to celebrate her life will be 10 AM Thursday, April 15, 2010 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Dr. Charles Haney, pastor of Parkside Baptist Church of Dennison officiating. Interment will follow in the BlueBonnet Hills Cemetery, 5801 Colleyville Rd., Colleyville, Texas 76034. Pallbearers will be Randy Haney, Ryan Haney, Bobby Haney, Aaron King and Roger Haney.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie.
