Rebecca was born in Ohio in 1828, the daughter of Samuel Ganger.
Rebecca Ganger married David Wogoman in Elkhart County, Indiana 4 November 1845 or 1847. They made their home in Elkhart Township, Elkhart County where David was a farmer.
