DYKES, COBA DWYANE, 68, passed away Sunday February 10, 2013 at Baptist Hospital East. He was a native of Chicago, IL, born to the late Coba Dwyane Dykes Sr. and Theora Branham. Dwyane was an avid animal lover and befriended many over the years in the neighborhood. He proudly served his country in the US Army, He is survived by his wife of 27 years, his children, stepchildren, sisters, 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. His funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Ratterman's St. Matthews, 3711 Lexington Road, with internment in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, 1-4 and 5-9 p.m. at Ratterman's. Memorial gifts may be made to Hosparus or charity of your choice
