David Gleason Died at Antigo

David Gleason, a resident of Marathon County for fifty years died at 5:40 o'clock last evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Nutter, at Antigo after a lingering illness. The body will be brought to Wausau for internment. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
The deceased was born August 1, 1846, in Canada, and came to this country in the late sixties. In 1873 he was united in marriage to Miss Catherine Hayes at Halder. The family lived in the town of Easton for many years. Surviving are nine children: Roy Gleason and Mrs. Edward Etter of the town of Easton, Mrs. Fred Kaufman and William and George Gleason of the town of Ringle, Mrs. John Nutter of Antigo, Mrs. William Farmer of Crandon, Alice Gleason of Milwaukee, and David Gleason of Electric Mills, Mississippi and twenty grandchildren.
