John T Bolick, 83, of Boone, died at Banner Elk Hospital, Wednesday, March 23, 1960, following a long illness.
A retired farmer, Mr. Bolick was a native of Yancey County. He had lived in Watauga County for 39 years.
Funeral services were held Friday at 2 o'clock at Oak Grove Baptist Church .Rev Walter Jones conducted the rites. Burial was in the Mount Lawn Memorial Park.
The widow, Mrs. Sue Greene Bolick, survives.
